Well. I’m slowly easing my way back into reality. Regrettably. The to-do list is about 10,000 photos (plus other things) long, but hey I can take a break to knock out a Canto, right?
- Let’s dust things off with The Night Eternal and their new video for “The Veins of Time”. That’s the latest single pulled from Cold Velvet, which is approaching its August 21st release through Metal Blade.
- Next up out of Season of Mist, experimental folk-y project Gåte and their new single “Strandvaskar” just arrived. Sigil is set for a September 25th release.
- Ukrainian modern metal collective Ignea are back with “Darkness”, the second offering from Monumental. That album gets here on October 23rd through Napalm Records.
- And then we have some post-deathcore to sprinkle in. I think “Lilitu”, which features Abigail Bexx, is worth a listen from Burial Path.
- Tuesday closes out with A Night In Texas. The Australian deathcore outfit are dropping their fifth full-length album, The Darkest Side of Humanity, on September 4th through Unique Leader, and a video for “A Primal Conditioning” can be found below.
