• The financial troubles for Guitar Center still continue. A leaked email indicates they’ve laid off 40 or so employees. What’s more is that they were all corporate level. That’s significant.

• Black metal reading material (SWEET!): Black Metal: Evolution of the Cult. I’m not sure about any of you, but I love reading about the history behind these genres.
