I am absolutely obsessed with the new Mgla album. Holy crap is it impressive.

• There’s no way we can’t start on this first. Lemmy had to cancel another Motorhead show, this time in Austin, after three songs due to health issues. There are videos out there of the incident and they are absolutely heart breaking. To follow up, tonight’s San Antonio show has also been canceled.
• In a bit of light news, Slipknot has announced their plans for a horror theme park this coming October. It will be held in Sacramento and should be fairly fucked up. Which is cool.
• Well, the cause of Bruce Dickinson‘s cancer has been revealed. And it might not be what you would expect. I’ll leave it at that.
• I know there are Soulfly fans out there. For them, I’m happy to report that the band will be embarking on a brief tour with Crowbar.
• I wasn’t the biggest fan of the first Batmetal video that dropped. But this new one, which covers “Murmaider”, is quite fun.
