- Kicking things off with some news from Alcest, who we knew had been working on something in recent months. They announced today that their next album, Kodama, will be out on September 30th.
- I like when bands get involved in the alcohol industry. The product isn’t always good, but I’ve always found that metal and alcohol parallel each other. The next group to take a stab at it? GWAR, who will be introducing their vodka at GWAR-B-Q 2016.
- This is kind of a curious development. Korn have joined Jay-Z’s Roc Nation following their announcement that they have signed back on with Roadrunner Records for their next album. Very, very interesting.
- I don’t usually pay much to new In Flames teasers anymore. But I’m not gonna lie, this one minute sample already sounds more promising than a lot of what we’ve heard recently. They are also touring the U.K. In case you didn’t gather that.
