What a strange week! It’s been entertaining, if nothing else.

• So this was unexpected. System Of A Down have momentarily put aside any internal issues to release two new tracks: “Protect The Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz”. The new material is meant to raise awareness regarding the situation in Artsakh.
• Blind Guardian, a name I don’t hear nearly enough, have released a live video for “Bright Eyes”. That clip is taken from the 25th anniversary of Imaginations From The Other Side, which drops on December 11th.
• More videos to round out Friday. The next is from Asphyx, for “Botox Implosion”, taken from Necroceros. That album drops on January 22nd through Century Media.
• Absolutely no idea how I missed this last week, but Schammasch released a new music video for “Ego Sum Omega”, taken from last year’s Hearts Of No Light. Let’s close with that.
