It’s Friday. Foregone is out. I went for a run. And I’m officially done with work for the week.
- We’ll start with some hardcore out of the UK. Death Goals are releasing their sophomore album, A Garden of Dead Flowers, their debut with Prosthetic Records, on May 5. Check out the music video for “Faux Macho” here.
- I keep fucking talking about Foregone, so I may as well throw in the new lyric video for “End The Transmission”. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know the new In Flames album is officially out today through Nuclear Blast.
- More out of Nuclear Blast. Scar Symmetry are reissuing Pitch Black Progress (2006), Holographic Universe (2008), Dark Matter Dimensions (2009), and The Unseen Empire (2011) on April 14. That will mark the first time any of them will be available on vinyl. Since I like literally all four of those albums… sorry, bank account!
- We love us some Unto Others around these parts, so let’s take a moment to acknowledge the release of Strength II …Deep Cuts. That new EP is out today through Lone Fir Records and Eisenwald. Give that a listen (and purchase) here.
- We’ll close out with some Mono. Check out the visualizer for “Silent Embrace” below. That’s a fresh track taken from their upcoming EP, Heaven, Vol. I. That’s set for a March 24 release.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
