Well, my 2024 tour calendar is already getting some additions…

• Beginning, of course, with The Ocean. They’ll be touring in support of Holocene, bringing The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die and Shy, Low along for the ride. Those dates are in February and March. Anybody else already committed to this one?
• Délétère was a project I was into at one point, so let’s see what’s happening with them these days. Their third album, Songe d’une Nuit Souillée, will be out on November 23 through Sepulchral Productions. Preorder details can be found here, but alas no new tunes quite yet.
• Shadows Fall are celebrating 20 years of The War Within with a March 16 show at the Starland Ballroom, their first New Jersey show in a decade. Tickets go on sale this coming Friday and can be picked up here.
• New Orleans-based Brat shared a behind the scenes video for their most recent single, “Social Grace”. They’ve got a new album coming sometime next year through Prosthetic, and you can catch them on the road later in November and December.
• Speedy death metal crew Exocrine set January 26 as the release date for Legend, out through Season of Mist. The title-track from that effort can be found below. And that’s the note we will end on. Until tomorrow, team!
