Yes, a Saturday morning edition because Friday night just wasn’t gonna happen!
- We’ll open up withh Vanhelgd and their new track “Kerernas törst”. It took six years in between albums, but the Swedish death metal crew are releasing Atropos Doctrina next week through Dark Descent Records.
- More death metal! Out of the Joshua Tree area, Cursed Bloodlines released a track titled “The Rats in the Walls”, which happens to be one of my favorite Lovecraft tales …and that’s the main reason I’m including that!
- On the more melodic side of the genre, Eldermoon released their new single “Timor Incogniti”, a lyric video for which can be seen here. Egregora is out on July 30 through Sliptrick Records.
- And now it’s time for some German thrash. Eradicator are releasing The Paradox on September 20 through Metalville Records, and yesterday they offered up a clip for the title track.
- I’m closing my account for the week with Excel. The video for “Unenslaved” can be found below, which features Tony Alva – unexpected and awesome. Anyway! Seeking Refuge is out on July 19 through Southern Lord.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
