The start of another week, but the start of another short week.
- Opening with anything other than Satan would be a colossal misstep. Songs In Crimson is slated for a September 13 release through Metal Blade. More details are coming later in the month, but for now let’s just all admire how awesome that artwork is.
- Let’s check in on the Autarkh crowdfunding campaign. It’s getting there! As a reminder, this effort is in support of two new albums – one as Autarkh III and a debut Autarkh Collective album. Still a few more weeks to go so we’ll keep checking in.
- Wolfheart released a new single titled “Evenfall”. That’s taken from their upcoming new album, Draconian Darkness, which arrives on September 6 through Reigning Phoenix Music.
- And to mix things up a bit, Cold Cave announced a new album titled Passion Depression. That one is set for an October 15 release, and they have a handful of live dates locked in leading up to and around it.
- I’ve been really into the latest stuff from Mountaineer, so that’s how we’ll wrap up Monday. Check out the video for “Prism” below. As a reminder, Dawn And All That Follows is out on July 26 through A Thousand Arms Music and Dunk!records (EU).
