Big thanks to Fearless Editor Josh™ for covering the Nine Circles Playlist while I was away on vacation where 3 of us caught COVID and spent much of the time shivering in the condo while everyone else played in the sun and sand. Oh well, at least I had tons of vicious metal to keep me company, and things are looking infinitely more positive with the return of the mighty Opeth and Mikael’s death growls – seriously cannot wait for that thing. I’ve also been knee deep in Finnish death metal so we’re serving up some Mordicus and Purtenance for you old school knuckleheads.

When not shivering under covers the rest of the 9C crew has you covered with music from Tribulation (touring with Opeth this fall), Undeath, Forgotten Winter, Klone, Scarcity, and a lot more, including a double shot of Gojira…because how can I not close this thing out with their killer Olympics performance?
