I had so much to do tonight and I seem to have lost track of all of it.
- Massive tour announcement! Machine Head, In Flames, Lacuna Coil, and Unearth. Oh you KNOW I’m there. That party kicks off on April 5th in Oakland and runs through May 10th. Get the full schedule here, with general ticket sales beginning Friday.
- Savage Lands, a collective featuring members of Arch Enemy, Megadeth, Obituary, Heilung and more, are releasing the debut album Army of the Trees on February 15 through Season of Mist. Check out the title track here. This is awesome stuff across the board.
- Mammoth Grinder are releasing Undying Spectral Resonance, their new EP, this coming Friday through Relapse Records. To gear up for that one, check out their full performance at Underground Arts in Philly from September 8th.
- One more live video tonight. Dawn of Ouroboros offered up a clip for “Rise From Disillusion”, taken from a July show in Minneapolis. That track, by the way, is from 2023’s Velvet Incandescence, a Prosthetic Records release.
- We’ll end our Tuesday with the new video from Category 7 for “Land I Used To Love”. That supergroup released their self-titled debut album through Metal Blade, and are taking it on the road next March.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
