Coming at you late, again, because it was super hot out today and I wanted to find some water after work. (But I still went for a run.)

  • Let’s start with the new 70’s-inspired track from Wytch Hazel, “Elements”, a video for which can be seen here. The British hard rock band are releasing Wytch Hazel V: Lamentations on July 4th via Bad Omen Records.
  • Denver doom metal crew In the Company of Serpents are releasing A Crack In Everything on July 11th, and today they unveiled the first single, titled “A Crack in Everything”. Listen through Bandcamp.
  • Yes, I am staying close to the new Abigail Williams material as it emerges. Here’s “Still Nights”, the second single pulled from A Void Within Existence. That album is out on July 18th through Agonia Records.
  • How about a little metalcore? The Pretty Wild unveiled “Omens” (with a music video). They’re on tour with In This Moment starting next month.
  • To close out our evening (finally), we have a new video from Sylosis. Check out “Soured Ground” below, a track taken from their most recent EP, The Path. That’s out through Nuclear Blast.

“Ein Bier… bitte.”
