The 443rd edition of the Nine Circles Playlist just turned 53, and is still recovering from a late night incendiary show from Gary Clark, jr. so while my heart and should want to fill this with stuff like the new single from Mastodon, or the latest from Converge, releasing a solid second album for 2026. But you know I need more of that healing fix, so you also get some of the blues giant this week.

Elsewhere in the 9C Universe, the staff is loaded for the approaching summer, with tracks from the likes of Nothingness, Urkraft, and Malefic Throne; more from the stunning Elder and All Them Witches releases, and some Paul Cauthen because Josh and I have been all over Book of Paul since its release. Don’t worry, we also got new Polymoon, Fen, and Emma Ruth Rundle in case your tastes run more in that direction.
