This has felt like the longest week ever. Perhaps because there’s travel in the very near future. Spoiler alert: there is.

• Italian tech-thrashers Miscreance dropped a video for “Oracle’s Rift” as the second sample from Reminiscence. Their new album is out on August 28th through Season of Mist.
• Here’s a tour with some potential. Cradle of Filth with Moonspell, Worm, and Black Satellite. Tickets for those (mostly) October dates go on sale at the end of the week. Here’s the full schedule.
• A little stoner doom out of Florida perhaps? Humulus have signed on with Ripple Music and are releasing Smuggler’s Cave on October 9th. Stream “Rise and Fall” here.
• Sick. A Hells Headbangers release. Atomic Aggressor have their second album arriving on August 28th, The Occult Forces, and “The Chalice of Despair” is available now.
• German extreme metal band Firtan have set October 2nd as the release date for their fifth album, Helios. That’s another AOP Records drop I’m excited about and you can get an early taste via “The Hierophant Way”, which features of Ne Obliviscaris’ James Dorton.
