What a week it has been. But! I’m back just in time for an absolutely massive news day (according to the inbox). Honestly I don’t even know where to start…

• But Enslaved seems like a good choice! Their next studio album, Mið, is set for an October 30th release through Nuclear Blast. Check out the new single “Solar Will”. I’m excited about it, but I know another Nine Circler that is infinitely more excited than I am.
• New Dreadnought anyone? Yes, please. Obviously. “Color Of Our Broken Hearts” is available now as a preview of Wars Of Spirits // Wards Of Light, the new album out on September 11th through Vesperian/Metal Blade Records. Preorders are live now for that one.
• Alright, time for something that will inevitably be entertaining, if nothing else. The Green Goblins, a Swiss Celtic folk ’n’ roll band (yep, entertaining), revealed “Whiskey, Tequila, Vodka & Beer.” That’s the first single from their self-titled debut album, out on October 2nd through Metalville.
• Czech death metal band Cuttered Flesh are releasing their new horror-themed album, The Shapes of Hidden Malice, on November 13th through Transcending Obscurity. Get started on this one with “The Mad Farmstead”.
• And we’ll finally wrap this up with my favorite announcement of the day. Legendary Cascadian black metal crew Wolves in the Throne Room finally have their new album coming. Estuary will be out on October 23rd through Relapse Records and “Ghosts Among the Obelisks” can be heard below.
