After a long and successful trip into the desert, I’m finally back and catching up on way too many things that I missed. Let’s start with today’s inbox…

• I like Icelandic black metal (generally speaking), so how about we give “Bölvunin” a quick spin? That’s the new track from Mannveira, who have Vesöld coming out on Friday through Dark Descent Records.
• British death metal veterans Memoriam are releasing a new full-length on January 29th via Reaper Entertainment, titled Endgame. Check out the lyric video for “Nothing More To Say”.
• Dark rockers Vlad in Tears dropped their latest single, “The Last to Love Me”, taken from their upcoming double album Undead. That’s going to be a December 4th drop through Metalville.
• How about some grindcore? Norwegian outfit Beaten to Death have Vntrve coming in a couple of weeks, so let’s give “Electrocuted By The Sky” a listen.
• And we’ll close with some post-metal out of Berlin. Katre have signed on with Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records for the release of Natura, and the video for “Gaia” is the first single from that.

“Ein Bier… bitte.”
