I made it exactly one month. Ultramarathon number 2: Officially on the books. God help us all.
- We start with a new one out of Prophecy Productions. Thief revealed a music video for the new track “Violent Bloom”, the opening track from Sermons from the Pit. The new album from the electronic entity is out November 27th.
- Howard Jones and Adam Dutkiewicz have reunited for a new project titled Burn Eternal. The self-titled debut album gets here on February 26th via Metal Blade and a lyric video for “Wounds I’ve Made” serves as an early sample. We’re all familiar with the heights they took KsE. This should be cool.
- Eh, let’s stick with Metal Blade for one more. Whitechapel have a 20th anniversary headlining tour kicking off next week, so to help get the excitement up for that one they presented a new video for “Bedlam”. That track is pulled from last year’s Hymns In Dissonance.
- Blackened melodeath outfit Thrown Into Exile unleased a new single titled “Remorse”, which features Michael Amott. That’s the second release under the BLKIIBLK banner and falls as they support Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder on a brief run.
- And lastly, new material from Hatebreed. …Oh man, memory unlocked. All those Hatebreed hats in high school. They were so dope in hindsight. Anyway! Check out “Decisions Become Destinies” below. Fatal Paradox is out tomorrow also through BLKIIBLK.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
