Well look who it is… ME!!! So yeah, I’m back from my trip to Bavaria/Wacken. I will share no details because, well, that’s what the podcast is for. So anyway, that aside, let’s roll right along with today’s Quickies:

• So some decent albums came out this week. And the leader of the pack is… Godsmack. Fuck. Eluveitie and Alestorm are in there somewhere.
• Cool tour announcement! Opeth and In Flames! And Red Fang… I mean, meh. I’ll be there, but do I Palladium or do I Terminal 5? Hmmm…
• Doesn’t look like Malcolm Young will be going back to AC/DC. This is the bad kind of history in the making.
• Who’s excited about new Machine Head music? This guy. And so are you. Ya know, in case you were wondering.
• More things that I am: tired of these fucking Slipknot teasers. Funny story though, Even Chris Adler isn’t sure whether or not he’s drumming on the new record. Which means he probably is.
• Visual post time. I don’t care for Trash Talk, but knocking a drone out of the sky with a beer can? That’s pretty fucking hilarious.

Kind of a dick move, but I’m amused and that’s all that really matters. Ahhhhh it’s good to be back. More tomorrow. From me? I don’t know, I suppose it’s possible.
