News is a little light today, but let’s see what we can dig up…
- Opening up, we have Finland’s Nightside, who are marking their comeback with Lions (Demo 2023). That will be out on CD come April 22 through Purity Through Fire, and you can give “Gates of Hell” a listen here.
- Next up, we’ve got new stuff from Skindred. Their new album, Smile, doesn’t drop until August 4 through Earache Records, but a new video for “Set Fazers” can be seen here.
- How about some Italian blackened death? Exitium are releasing their debut, Imperitous March For Abysmal Glory, on May 12 through Time to Kill Records. Give “The Sinister Sedition” a listen here.
- Terzo, the drone/shoegaze project from pop/rock artists Billie Lindahl and Karl Clinton, released “Eve Seven” recently. That track is taken from their upcoming self-titled debut, which is out on April 21 through Icons Creating Evil Art.
- We’ll close out with a bit of prog metal because… why not? The clip from Black Orchid Empire for “The Raven” is available below. That’s taken from their upcoming album, Tempus Veritas, which drops on April 14 through Season of Mist.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
