So many exciting announcements today! Not being sarcastic!

  • We’ll start with the tours. First, Rotting Christ announced a brief North American run out in the PNW and then a few dates across Canada, with Uada and Abigail Williams alongside. The party kicks off in late March following a Latin American run immediately before it.
  • And then one I am absolutely, and obviously, excited about. In Flames will be back for a headlining run in May, accompanied by Gate Creeper and Creeping Death. Tickets go on sale to the public this coming Friday.
  • California death metal crew Apparition are releasing their second full-length on March 22. Disgraced Emanations From A Tranquil State will be out through Profound Lore, and the first single, “Asphyxcreation”, can be heard here.
  • Virginia metal-punk trio Bat have signed on with Nuclear Blast, and it doesn’t seem like it will take long to get some new material. New music this coming March maybe? I’m not complaining.
  • We’ll close out with Sylvaine, and the Eg Er Framand EP announcement. That will be out on March 22 through Season of Mist, and a video for “Dagsens Auga Sloknar Ut” can be seen below.
