Not gonna lie, it’s been pretty awesome having both video and photos in my editing pile lately. But anyway, let’s see what happened in the inbox today…

  • A tour to start. Burning Witches announced a headlining U.S. run this coming October and November with support from Graveshadow. Tickets are on sale now for all dates on that run, and can be purchased here.
  • This is a project I’ve had on my radar recently. Hell Is Other People, the atmospheric black metal and post-metal collective, are releasing Moirae on October 11 through Transcending Obscurity Records. Stream the title track from that here.
  • Fuck it. More atmospheric black metal. Tour d’Ivoire are releasing their debut self-titled album on September 6 through Antiq. The near-nine-minute opening track “La Tour” is available now as a preview. Time well spent.
  • Alright one more check on the Autarkh III and Autarkh Collective crowdfunding campaign. Getting closer still! About 25% of the way to go, with a few more weeks to get there. As a reminder, this is for both a new Autarkh III album and a debut under the Autarkh Collective name. Pretty legit.
  • And to close out, a new track and video from Serious Black (*sigh*, I know). Check out “Silent Angel” below, taken from the album Rise of Akhenaton. That one is out on September 27 through AFM Records.

“Ein Bier… bitte.”
