• We’ll start with a tour. Ensiferum and Korpiklaani are co-headlining a run early in 2025 with support from Trollfest and NiNi. The party kicks off on February 27 in Boston at the Brighton Music Hall (hey I know that place!). General ticket sales start Friday.
• Melodic synth metallers Delain released a live version of “Moth to a Flame”, which you can listen to here. They have a new EP dropping on November 8 titled Dance with the Devil as well… and a North American tour in early 2025. All kinds of stuff.
• Canadian thrash! Hazzerd released a new single, with a lyric video, titled “Deathbringer”. That’s the first taste of their forthcoming new album, The 3^rd Dimension, which gets here on January 17.
• Tech death time. Chicago-based Misanthropy are releasing a new full-length through Transcending Obscurity, their debut with the label, titled The Ever-Crushing Weight of Stagnance. Check out some new material over on Bandcamp. Side note: yo, I feel that album title.
• And to close out (the week, for me at least) we have Neckbreakker and their new video for “Shackled To A Corpse”. Heh. Within The Viscera is out on December 6 through Nuclear Blast.
