The 399th edition of the Nine Circles Playlist is back on its usual bullshit, giving you an assortment of tunes to occupy your weekend. It’s a gorgeous morning here, so let’s lick it off with some new Haunt, always a fun trad metal time. Then some tech thrash from the new 20 Buck Spin signed band Species – it’s a trip of a song and a video. And I am eagerly awaiting what Psychonaut and An Abstract Illusion are bringing this fall based on their latest singles.

The rest of the 9C crew are bringing a huge swath of tunes for you as well – this is a long one. We’ve got more killer new music from Imperialist, Sanguisugabogg, The Sound of Animals Fighting, Tithe, and a monster of a track from the recently released Arkhaaik.
