The 2026 tour announcement barrage continues.
- So let’s get started. German progressive death metal veterans Obscura announced a March and April U.S. tour with Allegaeon, Cognitive, and Cryptosis. You know the drill from here. Tickets go on sale Friday at this location.
- Next, Archspire announced a run kicking off on April 24th with Undeath, Crown Magnetar, and Mutilation Barbeque. Check out the tour announcement video here.
- One more, and it’s a big one. Thrash of the Titans 2026: Testament, Overkill, and Destruction are setting out across North America, starting on March 14th in Portland, Oregon.
- Time for something else. Finnish/Polish melancholic metal band Depressure released the final single from Worst is Yet to Come, titled “Blocked Rays of Sun”. Their new album is out in January.
- And we’ll close out with some Finnish progressive metal. Frozen Factory offered up a video for “Get More Stupid” which you can view below. That’s the second track taken from Apocalypse Inc., which is out on January 16th through Wormholedeath.
