Yes. I know it’s late. Again. But I just had to get in the woods after work on what has been a moderately warmer day.

• Hey look! A tour I want to attend. Gozu are joining Restless Spirit for a co-headlining run in May and June, kicking off on the 24th in Providence. For Gozu, that will be in support of Gozu VI which is out on the 15th through Blacklight Media/Metal Blade Records. Tickets for that run go on sale this coming Friday.
• Black metal time! Ildfar set April 12th as the release date for Der ligger et land and recently shared the new track “Natteskygger”. Their fourth album will be out on April 12th via Purity Through Fire.
• Godthrymm is a thing that I like. The UK doom crew are releasing Projections, their third album, on May 29th through Profound Lore. That will complete their Visions Trilogy, which began with 2020’s Reflections and 2023’s Distortions. Give “Truth In My Own” a watch and listen.
• And a quick signing announcement. Swiss rock trio Birdlord have joined Octopus Rising/Argonauta Records and unveiled the latest single in their next chapter, titled “Plumas Y Espadas Para Luchar”.
• Time to get out of here. You’ll find the new video from There Were Wires for “Massive House Fire” below. Vessel, their new album, will be out on June 26th through Iodine Recordings.
