The 442nd edition of the Nine Circles Playlist cannot seem to play catch-up, whether we’re talking about sleep, work, or the glut of music coming each Friday. I’m still working through the promos I needed to write up a week ago, let alone all the killer music this week from Devin Townsend, Godthrymm…not to mention the new Pharmacist (promise that’s getting written up!) or redux/anniversary editions from Oathbreaker and the mighty Slayer. Truly, we are blessed with too much good stuff coming much too fast.

As always, the 9C staff comes through with an assortment of tracks, including new tracks from The Ocean, Psycroptic, and A Perfect Circle. There’s also remixes from Nine Inch Nails, a nice helping of No Cure, and a massive dose of a bunch of black metal I can’t pronounce thanks to Colin.
