The 339th edition of the Nine Circles Playlist had a rough week at work, didn’t get enough sleep, and has to get up early on the weekend to do…family stuff (*shudder*). Thank the Infernal Ones this week gave us new albums from Umbra Vitae and Inconsessus Lux Lucis, both of which are absolutely killer.

Fear not: there’s more to keep even the most discerning listener engaged. We’ve got new music from the wonderfully named Freak Kitchen, and in more extreme circles there’s always Wormed, Krallice, the apocalyptic return of The Jesus Lizard, Thou, and Insect Ark. Off the beaten path we’ve got some Rancid and Pity Sex…but to be clear we have zero rancid pity sex. There’s more too, but I’ll see myself out with that terrible joke
