At this point the week is truly crawling, and it appears it will only get busier from here. Also, we’re hitting that time of the year where I miss running. It’s an important winter threshold.

  • Converge have announced some additional live dates that bookend their festival appearances at Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville, which include stops in Detroit, Chicago, Nashville and Birmingham. Tickets go on sale Friday here.
  • Next up, out of Nuclear Blast Gates to Hell unleased the new video for “Crazed Killer”. The Louisville-based death metal/hardcore outfit are releasing Death Comes to All on March 21st, their second full-length effort.
  • Swedish post-metal project Kazea are releasing their debut on March 21st through Suicide Records titled I, Ancestral. They premiered their new single over at Decibel, “Trenches”, if you feel like giving it a listen.
  • New Imperial Triumphant? Sure, why not? Give “Pleasuredome” a watch and listen, a track that features both Dave Lombardo and Tomas Haake. Dope. Goldstar also arrives on March 21st, out through Century Media.
  • Allegaeon are releasing The Ossuary Lens, their next full-length album, on April 4th through Metal Blade. So we’ll end our day with their new video for “Driftwood”. Give it a watch below, and I will catch you all tomorrow… probably!
