New Music Friday. What are we rolling with tonight?
- New Exhorder is on the way. Defectum Omnium will be out on March 8 through Nuclear Blast, and “Year of the Goat” can be heard (and seen) here. They also have a short run of live dates coming up in April.
- Doubling up on Nuclear Blast again, we have an announcement from Aborted. Their first album with the label, Vault of Horrors, is set for a March 15 drop. With the news they released “Death Cult”, which features Alex Erian of Despised Icon.
- It would be foolish to not include the new track from Spectral Voice. “Sinew Censer” is the third track on their upcoming new album, Sparagmos, which arrives on February 9 through Dark Descent.
- The Obsessed are touring with Howling Giant and Gozu this coming March and April. So that’s a good one. But they’ve also got their fifth studio album, Gilded Sorrow, coming on February 16 through Ripple Music. Give “Realize A Dream” a listen here.
- Danish metallic hardcore crew Lifesick released Love and Other Lies today, their latest EP, through Metal Blade Records. To mark the occasion they shared a video for “Reverse Birth”, which features Todd Jones of Nails. Check it out below.
