I skipped yesterday because the call of the coast was too strong. (Translation: I was crushing beers back in Portsmouth. Oops!)
- A tour! King Diamond announced a North American run with support from Overkill and Night Demon. Myrkur will be there too providing some guest vocals. Here’s the full schedule, with tickets going on sale this Friday.
Wait wait wait. Everyone stop. The Boston date is… Halloween?? WELLLL shit. I wonder if I’ll have anything else going on that night?
- Another one! Hulder also revealed an upcoming tour. Those are September dates on the other side of the country, with Spectral Wound and Aridus alongside. Those tickets go on sale, yep, Friday.
- Vended are releasing their self-titled debut album on September 20. They’ve also got a bunch of live dates on the books in September and October, including a spot on Slipknot’s tour which is pretty damn cool.
- I can vibe with some atmospheric black metal tonight. Ghost Horizon released a new single titled “Void Plague”, which marks the end of a pretty extensive hiatus. So this is good stuff all around. Looking forward to more.
- Undeath revealed details around their third album. More Insane gets here on October 4 through Prosthetic Records and they recently shared the leading single from that, titled “Brandish the Blade”. Check out the video below. Ok! Time for me to log some miles. Out!
