Oh look, WP changed the template again. I bet it doesn’t work. By the way, did anybody else hate today?

• We all know about the horrific events in Paris from this past Friday. What you may not know is that Nick Alexander, a merch manager for The Eagles of Death Metal, was killed in the attacks. A memorial fund has been set up in his name.
• In much more positive news, Abbath will be headlining Decibel Magazine Tour 2016. He will be supported by Tribulation, High on Fire, and Skeletonwitch. Yes, this is amazing.
• More good things to come from 2016. King Diamond has announced his first album since 2007 will be dropping sometime next year.
• I’m doing my best to dodge everything out there about Paris. I know it’s impossible to avoid and we don’t need to be another form of media covering it. That said, continuing to try to keep it light, Kirk Hammett has confirmed that Lars Ulrich was almost fired from Metallica back in the 80’s. If only.
• Skraeckoedlan released one of my favorite albums of the year in Sagor. Taken from this album, the Swedes have released a new music video for “El Monstro.”
