“Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters.”
- First of a few tour announcements today. Megadeth and Amon Amarth will be hitting North America with Suicidal Tendencies and additional support from Metal Chruch and Havoc. Ok, I’m done listing bands now.
- Next! Meshuggah will also be running through North America in October and November. High On Fire will be with them. This is going to be killer.
- Ok, one more and then I have other shit to do. The first dates of the Whitechapel/Suicide Silence tour have emerged. The whole thing kicks off September 30th in Spokane, Washington.
- I spent this past weekend at the inaugural Chicago Open Air. While altogether a positive event, there was tragedy on the opening night. A young man fell two stories to his death sometime before Rammstein took the stage. Our thoughts are of course with all those close to him.
- This also took place at COA, but I skipped it. Truth be told, I skipped about 75% of the bands, but whatever. Anyway, here’s a new song from Korn called “Rotting In Vain”.
